In finishing, "unruffling" (term from Dolores Kreiger's
Therapeutic Touch) is nice - draw the energy along the lines of
the long bones just off the body, pulling out and releasing
anything that needs to go. Around head, shoulders, or any
especially congested spot, just "scoop" energy, pulling
it away from body. This is a cooling and relaxing technique, good
for burns, any inflamed or toxic area as well.
4. For intense ache or pain - do rapid, localized
"unruffling" technique.
